Thanks for writing.
I realize you want to really fine-tune your fitness and physique, and you are in the right place. Still, I need more info.
1. How old are you?
2. Are you sleeping enough?
3. Are you certain you aren't over-training?
4. Could you state your goals, please?
I highly recommend my three fitness events to be offered this September in the States. Over a two-week period, I will offer back to back programs:
Maximum Athletic Potential
Nutrition and Athletic Performance
Strength Health and Fitness Week.
Your questions will be answered in depth, and you will have a chance to apply the programs there, under my direct tutelage. There will be many other fitness professionals there.
