I just wanted to ask Dr Graham if you felt there was anything in particular I could do to reverse my skinny fat issue: I'm a fitness instructor (was a much heavier rower for 2 years before studying in this field). I am 6ft tall and 9 stone 1 lb. I know for a fact that my body fat is high because although I work out 6 x per week (5 cardio sessions 30-50mins mainly plyo and high intensity intervals/drills and 2-3 heavy lifting sessions per week) I was just wondering if there was anything that will help for someone like me - it's driving me up the wall.
