Subject:         mushrooms, broccoli, and cauliflower

craving mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower, but they are very tough and hard to digest raw and taste whole lotsa better when cooked and added sauce and/or spice added to them, but want to consume raw and so wondering if there are any ways to consume raw by softenning/marinating them somehow to make them more tasteful and softer as they taste when cooked and sauce/marination added to them.
