At 10% of calories consumed, sports scientists have not disclosed any negatives from fat consumption as regards sports performance. Somewhere in the teens, overt negatives become noticeable, and increase along with increases in fat consumption percentage. 400g of carbs is roughly 1600 calories. 50g of fat yields roughly 450 calories. Let's assume that you are eating at least another 50g-75g of protein, good for another 200-300 calories. With a total of almost 2300 calories, if more than 230 of them from fat, you are likely impairing your sports performance, and your recovery. From what you mention, it appears you are eating about double the quantity of fat that I would recommend as the upper limit.
