I have been 811 for two years now, and I really wanted to thank you, Dr. Graham, for all your work. I am currently in college, and I often stay up late even though I really don't have that much homework. I find it hard to leave my computer. I seem to be fine during the summer and winter breaks, but my running schedule becomes almost nonexistent when school starts. It's hard for me to manage my stress and take care of my motivation. I know that sleeping at 11 to 12 ever night is going to destroy me in the long run, but I feel addicted to the computer and I find it nearly impossible to sleep unless if I'm too tired to think. I've always had the same problems as a child, in fact, I used to be proud of not sleeping until around 5 when I was in middle school. I've always fallen asleep in my classes, too. People including myself can't imagine how I managed to get into linear algebra. Thinking about the 32 elements of health, sufficient sleep is probably my weakest link. I'd like to now how I can go to sleep more easily.
