Hello Dr Graham, thank you very much for your informative response. In my ignorance, I was under the impression that the "evolution" in fruit and vegetables was man-made. So I now recognise it's important to recognise nature's part in the "evolution" of plants and plant hybrids in contrast to man-made GMO foods. As I understand from your research, nutrition is more a matter of the recommended ranges, which support the body in creating and assimilating what it needs. There seems to be a great deal of confusion about the significance of "wild" foods in the raw food world, including the definition of wild food. Your perspective on the matter would make a very helpful short book, if perhaps such a project interests you in the future and time permits. Thank you again, Bronwyn
