my iodine was low, I checked it with the test from Hakala lab in
CO. I then followed up with iodoral and I do thnk it made me feel
better. 811rv by no means makes us low in iodine IMHO, my
belief is that barium salts sprayed into the atmosphere causes us
to be low, and we don't eat salt so we don't get any that should
be there already. I don't think foods can give us all we need
anymore as the environment and air is actively depleting us of
things, IMHO.

Btw my husband who eats SAD most of the time was perfect on
the test, possibly from eating table salt.
