I think there's a lot of confusion about wrinkles in the raw food world and there are all sorts of sites about raw food that include fighting wrinkles. The truth is, wrinkles are not an indication of poor health. Certainly things like smoking, alcohol and dehydration promote wrinkles. But genes play a large part in how one's skin wrinkles and it's about time we embraced wrinkles as a part of getting older and not as something that's unattractive or an indication or poor health. . At the same time, we certainly don't need to associate obesity, a lack of energy, a sedentary lifestyle or misery as a part of getting older. Wrinkles are fine.
