I think there's a lot of confusion about wrinkles in the raw food world
and there are all sorts of sites about raw food that include fighting
wrinkles. The truth is, wrinkles are not an indication of poor health.
Certainly things like smoking, alcohol and dehydration promote
wrinkles. But genes play a large part in how one's skin wrinkles and
it's about time we embraced wrinkles as a part of getting older and
not as something that's unattractive or an indication or poor health. .
At the same time, we certainly don't need to associate obesity, a lack
of energy, a sedentary lifestyle or misery as a part of getting older.
Wrinkles are fine.
