what you are saying does make sense. I heard mike arnstein saying how much ice baths have helped him recover in his running. That's what prompted the question.
I just find it crazy how the whole of the sports world seems to recommend icing without giving a thought to it may actually damage the body further as it's suppressing the body's natural reaction ie. an inflammation.
Do you use or see any benefit in using ultrasound on injuries?
