Dear Doug, I sleep 12 hours. I purchased dr. David kleins
,chrons and colitis book and I followed the advise in the book
but his starchy vegetables at d
inner time are mucous forming and ulcers bleed next morning.
Now I follow only 80 10 10 which is better. No blood in stool
with 80 10 10. Can you please advise me how to heal ulcers
quickly.
