I didn't see these addressed in your book, though I heard you speak of water fasting. I have 2 questions please.

1 - I have done a lot of juice fasting over the past 35 years (as long as 41 days and did a 30-day in Aug) and eaten a pretty clean diet, though not fully vegan until recently. Been following 811rv fairly well for about 3 months now. If I do a water fast, how long would you recommend for the first?
2 - What's your take on colon cleansing, using the various herbs and other products available. I got into it via Dr Jensens's books in 70s and recently did the Arise & Shine 14 day cleanse. Waste of time and money in your opinion?
