I am still making progress with my strength training, yes. Set Personal Bests in deadlift, squat, and benchpress this past December, but not all on the same night. I do appreciate that I am progressing, and intend to continue making improvements.
I've never suggested that I will compete in the British Powerlifting Championships, but I have a goal to qualify. Should it happen, or if I even get close, I'll let y'all know. I have a ways to go, currently.
I haven't slacked on my training, I just go about it rather quietly. Come to Strength Health and Fitness Week if you want to experience training with me, first hand.
