Dr. Dr., Last Sunday I had an accident and either cracked or bruised my rib under my left breast. I did not put ice on it the 1st 72 hrs. But, did put heat after that. I've been taking Ibuprofen all week. But now all of the muscles have tensed up around the area. I'm in major pain. I've tried ice again and Tylenol. This morning tried Ibuprofen again. No relief. Any ideas? Thanks, GC
