So soluble fiber technically does not get digested in the body but since soluble fiber dissolves in water and turns into this gel-like material we call that process "fiber digestion".

So soluble fiber doesn't really get digested it just turns into this gel-like material. Why are we calling this gel-like substance digested fiber then?

Sounds like we are just confusing ourselves. Cause I got confused lol.
