Typically, many fungal issues clear with the simple application of 80/10/10. But for more stubborn problems, water fasting is the way to go. I've seen countless such issues clear during fasts. Typically, we are not talking a short fast, but usually somewhere around 4 weeks is about enough, depending upon the person.
