Dr. Graham, I'm having a discussion with WilliamTapley on YouTube about eating raw sprouted wheat berries, which I don't believe are ideal. Is this true? The body actually adapts to the foods we eat though, so whatever they say is probably not very accurate. You would need to study someone who ate nothing but raw starches such as those found in sprouted wheat berries. The body adapts. It will produce more amylase if it needs to.
