I haven't seen anyone since getting the MRI, so I will discuss the
surgery option next week when I see the naturopath who does
prolotherapy. I would like to avoid that if possible, of course, which is
why I'm not going to a see a surgeon first. But the pain I have when
moving my arm in certain directions, while not unbearable, is
definitely causing me to restrict my upper body strength exercises.
