Subject:	shoulder injury

I fell while hiking back in September and injured my shoulder. I got an MRI last
week and was told that I have degeneration of the acromioclavicular joint and a
partial tear of the supraspinatous tendon. My naturopathic doc has referred me
to another naturopathic doc who does prolotherapy.

Are there any things that I should consider looking into doing instead of or in
addition to prolotherapy (understanding that nobody is giving me medical
advice)?
