Subject:         Glowing facial skin!

Hello! I am 20 years young and I've been consistently raw for 5 months, and I have just completed the 6th month with NO overt fats. My face is looking the best its ever been but I am still getting some acne and my skin is still reddish and missing the glow that I desire! Is a water fast my only option ? I am inspired by the story on foodnsport youtube channel that has a relevant case study. I was expecting 6 months of LFRV to be enough but it isn't.

Am I correct in saying that acne is detoxification through skin ? Why does my body chose the skin to be the outlet and not urine or feces ? Does this depend on the person ?

One important fact : I eat 2800 - 3300 calories per day. I'm 6 foot tall and I weigh 146 pounds, exercise Daily. This is a calorie surplus for me and I have thought that the extra calories are causing the acne?

Im living vancouver and we don't have sunshine these days I would otherwise be basking in the sun all day!

So, is there anything specific I could do for my skin or just keep on doing my thing and let it heal in due time ?
