Giving your body fat percentage would be a help, but you gotta go with how you feel. If you are of an extremely thin physique, your weight may not be an issue. The problem with being extremely thin is you have very little room for error, accident, or illness, should such ever arise. Adding a bit of muscle is never a bad idea.
