The type of urge you're describing can only arise from an irritation in that region. Is she completely lacking in will power to submit to these urges & abort her fast?
I would tell her to go out & purchase a bottle of T.N. Dickenson's witch hazel & apply it liberally to the area throughout the day. This formula is very healing. I've made believers out of many skeptics.
Be sure it is T.N. Dickenson as some of the other brands are inferior.
