811 is dangerously low in fat soluble vitamins, especially K2,just take a look at a long term 811 (one who isn't cheating that is), and you will see they have rotting teeth, so therefore their bones are also loosing density. This is especially a problem for women over 40. So please tell me where you are getting your K2 for bone density? K1 is not the same and not involved in building bones. this diet is dietary fundamentalism at its worst and most dangerous. All vegans should not only be supplementing with B12 but also K2. You guys are taking a long time to catch up with this important issue. Do your research. The only vegan sources of K2 are fermentted natto and fermented veggies, but do you eat these every day?
