Hello! I've lost 25 lbs this year by going and finally sticking with 811. Go me! Thanks, Doug Graham! I am 5'5 and 96 pounds now. I eat 2000 calories a day and do about an hour of moderate exercise. Lots of walking, some jogging, biking, and Bikram yoga. I normally feel better eating lightly and I have an office job so sit much of the day. I think I look pretty good lean, but I used to have an eating disorder long ago so I'm not really sure what is normal. Also, it seems to make some people uncomfortable, and I don't like that. I am pretty leaf-like. Should I ignore the "haters"? Should I be increasing my calories for the level of activity I do? Really looking forward to your advice! <3
