Subject:	Sexual Frustration during fasting

I have an interesting enquiry to make. My Girlfriend is
fasting and is aiming for 10 days. And has made a few attempts
but comes into the issue of sexual frustration and increased
sex drive that is insatiably unstoppable. No amounts of
masturbation will ease the torment. The power and will to
resist the urge to masturbate is very tough and she has given
in over the past few attempts and has had to break the fast
within the first 3-4 days due to this issue. Any ideas as to
why this increase of sexual sensation in her genitals and any
possible preventative measures she can take?? As of writing
this, She is at 40 hours of fasting.
