811 is NOT a replacement for HRT, but 811 will provide conditions that allow your body to regenerate and rejuvenate as much as possible, often enough so that the it seems people experience a turning back of the clock by ten, fifteen, and even twenty years and more.
Personally, I am not a fan of HRT, and do not recommend its use. If I were you, I would be doing essentially the same as you are doing, experimenting to see how far could I stretch between doses, with the goal of eventually eliminating use of the drugs entirely.
