I offer a fast in Costa Rica each winter, this year's event will start in just a few days. I offer a shorter fast each Sept in the States. I wouldn't think that the Sept fast option really would be long enough to do what you wish to achieve.

If you are interested to come this year, I can make space for you, and even for your girlfriend, who can come and feast while you fast, or she can come to intern.
