I can't tell you what to do, I don't know what's wrong with your digestion. Can you supply a diagnosis? How long? Until what? Again, without history there is no way to even give you an estimate. Banana Island may be your best option, or it may not be the smartest move. I'm here to supply support and insight, but I can't do magic, sorry. To supply the kind of answers you want, I'd need a lot more info.
