I am 5'2, and pretty much no muscle, all fat. I weighed in the low 80s severely dehydrated so i must be at least 95. I am never hungry because I have been eating non stop. I want to know how to lose fat and if its possible now. im basically sedentary and gained the weight in a crazy way in an extremely short time ( ie 10000 calories of junk food mainly fat crazy combos, 0 hunger in middle of night) i was not trying to be healthy. ilistened to perfect health again and am like the person you said was 40 percent fatat 100 lbs. fasting didnt sound right, because ive been sedentary and y legs feel like really heavy sandbags. in a week ive lost my flexibility andability to do yoga think clearly or walk up stairs easily. its very sad but i am still alive and dont want to killl myself. i assume i burn very little per day say 900 cal max? can you let me know how fast i can lose fat and a good starting point? i dont think its muscle building bc i dont want mass now. how much activity do i need? i never push. please help. i feel likea walking heartattack and want desperately to change
