Subject:         80/10/10 supplementation - Dr Graham

Warm greetings, Dr Graham.

I've been on the diet 80/10/10 diet for a couple of years now, and I'm looking to do some short-term supplementation to rebalance and clear out some past nutritional deficiences.

It's been a while since I last used supplements and so I'd appreciate your practical advice on taking them, please.

I will be using a multi vit/min tablet supp, B12 sublingual spray, and possibly a chromium picolinate capsule supp.

(Here's the macro-nutrients in the multi vit/min supp:
Soluble Native Proteins 1203 mg
Compound Lipids 70 mg
Complex Carbohydrates 556 mg)


When might be the best time to take them daily, and would it be best to take them with water, without water, or with meals?

How long would they generally take to digest, so I avoid fermentation with my fruit?

Can I use all of these supplements around the same time?

A couple of these supplements have additional ingredients: Cellulose, cellulose (capsule shell), silica, magnesium stearate...

How harmful are these ingredients, and how long would they take to digest?

I know there's quite a few questions here! I appreciate you taking the time to kindly lend a hand.
