Subject:	Raw food combining

when dealing with food combinations I have some questions with the salad
recipes. I know that sugary fruits go best with sugary fruits and citrus with
citrus however the salad meals in 80/10/10 combine citrus and non sweet
fruits along with greens. Please help me understand proper combinations.
