hi doug, my chest pains that i told you about still occur
but not as bad. whenever i eat high potassium fruit and veg
it acts up. when i mix it with celery or lettuce it seems to
calm it down.

for the past 2 months i wasnt following your winter menu
plans. i didnt know they were there as i havent completed
the book. now ive been on your program pretty much to a T
and feel really good...thank you!. because i believe i have
not balanced or mixed my foods properly, the high potassium
foods give me high potassium symptoms.

1. why is the celery and lettuce make me feel better. is
the higher salt content balancing out properly?

2. you asked me how much celery and lettuce i was eating
and i wasnt eating nearly enough. you told me that you eat
about 7-10 bunches of celery a week. ive been following your
winter menu plan and it doesnt include that much celery.

where are you mixing it in?

3. i notice that the breakfasts and lunches with just
papayas or bananas for example even the 16 oz of orange
juice tend to give me the chest pain and slight breathing

what do you recommend as i feel i need to counterbalance the
high potassium i was ingesting in the past 2 months.
everyday green smoothie with tons of parsley cilantro,
spinich, kale, wheatgrass juice, some celery, dried tomatoes
for marinara sauce. papaya and bananas, persimmons,
tomatoes, oranges for example. there were many others foods
too that i didnt list. most of my meals were mono meals. i
was eating every 2 hours.

do you think now i need to cut down on the high
potassium meals like a few in the winter menu, and up my
celery and lettuce intake until my chest pains diminish?

any advice please!
thank you always
