Could you tell me if you have any info on eating partially
raw?
6 months ago I was eating 70% a raw food diet (gourmet). I
read 801010 and started trying to transition to 100% lfrv
diet. I sometimes manage a day or even up to a week completely
raw but most of the time I end up eating about 70% raw. During
those 6 months I have put on over half a stone. I was 8 stone
before on high fat raw, and my perfect weight. I am aware that
it is not the fruit that is making me fat, rather what I am
eating with the fruit. What I am looking for is some idea of
what calories I should be aiming for if I am not totally raw.
I tend to eat fruit breakfast and lunch, thousand calories per
meal, then cooked dinner. Is a partially raw diet feasible or
is it all or nothing. Does anyone else have any experience of
this?
