Hi I have lupus and I've read that a lot of lupus patients have too little omega 3. I also have very painful periods and I've read there might be a link between low omega 3 and that kind of pain. Will following 811 balance omega 3 levels or should I do something to balance it out before starting 811? (I've been 90% 811 for the past 3 years). Some say no fats at all will help but that contradicts the omega3thing... Confusing :)
