i sleep at about 2 to 3 am pacific time but do get 8
hours sleep everyday. i play ice hockey 1-3 times a
week. its hard to desribe my diet because i mix it
up. papayas, banana, zucchini, cucumbers, celery,
lettuce, carrots, few oranges, tomatoes, apples,
pears, brocolli, cauliflower,frozen blueberries,
pineapple, persimmons, dates. nuts and seeds or
avocado once in a while. there are a few others items
but that is the bulk of what i rotate. i need to
snack between big meals because i seem to get hungry
every 2-3 or so hours.

any thoughts?
