I do not believe sun ages skin, per se, as the sun is very good for your skin. Sunburn is always harmful, however.

As for the raw leaders, all I can say is I am glad that I do not promote myself based upon my looks. I am about to turn sixty, and do not wish to be considered a youth. Hopefully, my education, experience, and ability to express myself clearly will continue to improve for many years to come. No one holds on to their looks.
