My body strongly reacts in adverse fashion to any conventional product (they are full of harsh and very poisonous chemicals). I tried soap nuts for around 2 years but they seem to be less effective at cleaning clothes as time goes on. Sopa nuts also do not clean stains or white clothes/shirts very effectively. Dr Mercola has apparently done extensive research on this topic and produced his own version called "Green cleaner" I think, but as I'm outside the U.S, it will be rather expensive to have it shipped over. What do others use?
