hello,

i will break down this question into two parts:

1. how can i control emotional eating and feel true hunger? i am hardly ever hungry, and just eat because i love fruit sugar so much. i would eat even if we would not need to, just out of pleasure. i definitely eat more than i can digest at a time, but if i don't, i am obsessed with the thought of food. there was one time where i did not experience such cravings and desires, which was when i visited banana island for a week.

2. my digestion has always been poor (possibly undiagnosed chron'S disease), but improved a lot when i went on 801010 3 years ago. it is still not perfect though, and i go through phases, especially any overs cause problems. on a weeklong banana island i finally felt my digestion was working how it is supposed to be, i felt so good and was so grateful. but then after i started incorporating other foods, it again returned to the previous state. should i stay on banana island for longer? would it be ok to do banana island for one week every month over the course of many months? mono-mealing is good, but still nothing works like a mono-fruit island. do people experience as great a digestion as they do on mono-islands, when they are truly healed, listen to their hunger, and follow the diet absolutely?

if i had the money i would do a consult, but at the moment that is not possible unfortunately.

thank you so much in advance,
olivia
