Hello dear Dr. Graham,
In The 80/10/10 Reference Guide on Food Combinations &
Nutrition, that I think is AMAZING, I read at page 3: "There
are certain persons with compromised health whose digestive
abilities have been impaired who will feel better including
cooked foods in their regime".
This sounds a little bit strange for me, because I know that
raw foods (fruits and veggies) are a lot easier to digest than
cooked foods so I don't understand why a person with impaired
digestive abilities would feel better including cooked foods,
that are harder to digest.
Can you please clarify this to me?
Thank you in advance as always
Kind regards and Happy Christmas to you and your family Dr.
Graham!
I wish you happy and peaceful holidays.
Augusto
