Hello Dr Graham, Merry Christmas! Sorry if this is a silly question or it has been answered before. In the meal plan section of 80-10-10 you include large quantities of fresh orange juice. You generally don't recommend other fruits in their juiced state because the fibre in fruit is required to slow down the absorption of sugar into the blood and fibre is important anyway. Are oranges different in this regard? Are they different in other ways that makes the consumption of their juice beneficial? Thank you kindly,
