I am finishing week three of strict 80/10/10 and I have a question about added fats. I noticed this week that I no longer have any cravings for fats and even have to remind myself to add them (up to 10%). My questions is - during this phase where I am trying to achieve weight loss is it ok to use less than 10% fat and/or no added fats? Thanks again for your work and I love you book.
