Subject:         questions about weights and quality

Hello Dr Graham and everyone,

I am trying to get a better count of what and how much I am eating and was wondering, Dr Graham, if in your book when you write for example 4 oz avocado or 2 lbs papaya are you refering to the weight of the protion of food you are eating alone or are you including the skin, seeds, etc (the entire food including the portion you will not be eating)? Also, if you or anyone happens to know the same information for nutridairy when I enter do I count the skin weight and all as well?
