Hi Doug, I was just wondering what kind of healing I might expect on my 47 year old knee with 811 and fasting; I've been on 811 for 6 months and have fasted in the past. I am a biker and former runner and my MRI showed severe osteoarthritis, two bone spurs, a tear in my meniscus, several baker's cysts and no cartilage behind the knee cap. I was advised not to run but that I could bike and since I can still function well enough to bike, no surgery is necessary at this point, which I am very thankful. Do you think if I continue on 811 some of these issues will clear and that my body will compensate enough? I know that it would take a miracle to replace the cartilage, but what about the other issues? Thanks
