Regarding the Meetups, I am familiar with them and actually have gone. Unfortunately, most those here purporting to be raw are into using the group to make a buck...to be completely frank...and are totally locked into the high fat mentality and very unhealthy in pretty much every respect....sad. I myself have hosted events and the organizers didn't even come to mine! They charge $10 to $15...I charge nothing...why would I?

But all this was before I got hip to 811rv. What you've suggested Dr is very doable and I can and will give it a shot. And I will add, I've been health conscious since the 70s (am 5 years older than you)...studied with Paavo Airola and Dr John Ray Christopher back then...plus other pioneers and am quite youthful and healthy...yet the results I've had with 811rv surpasses anything I've ever experienced before...by FAR! I still have much to learn...am not 100% there yet...but am SO grateful for what you do!
