Great points ~ thank you much! I will continue to ponder them.

I felt inspired this morning and bought a ton of org fruit and some
veggies. I plan to eat some of the meals in your sample menu plans,
focusing on the portion size.

By "ton", I mean 3 lbs of kale (or 5 bunches), 1 bag of grapes, 2
mangoes, a papaya, 2 bell peppers, 2 lbs of tomatoes, 2 poms, 2 pints
strawberries, 1 pkg of basil, a tangerine, 1 lb of apples, 2 pears, and 6
1/2 lbs of bananas.

I tend to make two grocery runs a week, so I'll see how it goes by the
middle of the week. I will work on keeping the fruit stocked and
otherwise preparing myself until the end of the year, then make more
of a concerted effort after the holidays.
