Hey. I'm truly trying to pin this down and do it right?! I want to be raw. I want to do 80-10-10. I am 28, just had my second child 8 weeks ago. I switched my diet to all fruit and veggies when I came home from the hospital. But I kept one high carb cooked meal at night. Then on thanksgiving I cut out cooked all together. Now thanksgiving day I noticed I had a rash on my arm and face, thought I got a bite outside. Didn't think much of it. Well then it got REALLY bad on my arms, but only my arms. Then I had my 6 week check up found out I had a small yeast infection, but she said that couldn't be wants on my arms. So I thought I was allergic to something... But everything I ate I've had before?! So then I got ''mango mouth". It got bad. Well the second day of having "mango mouth" I all of a sudden got hit with a feeling like I was gonna pass/black out, weak legs, very dizzy, had two stools on myself I couldn't control... I called my husband went to the ER. They couldn't figure it out went with me saying I thought i was allergic to mangos and told me some things to take. Well I had them run my blood and nothing was wrong at all BUT my sodium was a point or few low and they said I was drinking to much water. I had been eating mainly (literally almost only eating) was bananas, spinach, oranges, tomatoes, mangos, dates, raisins , apples and avocado once a week. I ate a TON of bananas and dates and raisins. So that day I went to ER I had 12 8 oz cups of orange juice, 10 bananas, and raisins. I didn't feel like eating I was tired and gelt like crap that whole day. So... Now I have NO clue what to do. I came home my husband made me eat veggie broth to get something in me- I'm breastfeeding my baby- that night he cooked some veggie soup with broth and I've been eating that and potatoes. I have heard to cut out bananas, dates, Dried fruits, and overt fats. Ok done. But then someone said oranges and tomatoes. Well yesterday I ate 10 bananas with 1 c of mixed barreled and then rice and corn the rest of the day and I feel like dang crap today. Tired (no fuel duh) cranky, dizzy, just not myself. What do I need to do to get back to "myself" I can't be down or off a step I have 3 kids and run mg own workout biz?! PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?! ( since I've been home my rash has spread more as well)
