Subject:         not enough nutrients?

100-110 pounds, moderately active, would mean i should eat about 1500-1800 calories a day. This feels good. But would i get enough nutrients long term? If i check with cronometer, it seems that i need on average 2800 to get to 100% of all minerals and vitamins (selenium, vitamin e, but especially iron. i hardly manage to go beyond 11-12 mg of iron, even though i eat a bunch of greens regularly). any thoughts? thanks you!
