Dear Dr. Graham, I have found, for some time now, that eating 811rv is pleasurable and sensual. I've increasingly wanted to eat with my hands and enjoy the experience of "unwrapping" fruit with my hands and biting into the flesh without slicing or preparing it first. I enjoy picking up handful of baby spinage and chomping on celery stalks. I don't mean to sound lascivious, I'm just wondering whether this aspect of eating is important for humans psychologically or otherwise. I have read than breast-feeding mothers feel pleasure, which can be a sensual pleasure, when breast-feeding their child. I certainly did not eat food this way or feel about it this way when I was high fat raw, cooked vegan or vegetarian and I never liked meat when I was made to eat it before the age of 10. Thank you kindly for your insights,
