I was just going to post the same question. I would also like to get some feedback from Dr.Graham, too. I have been on 80/10/10 (about 90% - raw fruit and veg. 10% cooked rice occationally) since March this year. I did not experience any chest pain until around July and that was when I ate huge amount of water melon. But it was not severe. I kind of cut down water melon a bit and it went away. Then I started eating 2 lbs of sweet red grapes (organic) pretty frequently (4-5 times a week) last 5 weeks, and I noticed this chest pain starting happening again, but this time pretty severe. It lasts 5-10 minutes and it is diabling and scary. I east them with typically with Lacinato Kale (Dino Kale)- love the combination. I am not concluding or linking with Potassium or salt as I have no idea what is happening. I just did my annual physical a few weeks go, and my blood work came out good except that my Vitamin D was "very low." 12.3ng/ml. Please advice. Thank you.
