Thank you for your reply Dr Graham. I chuckled when I read your "repulsive" comment....and no you are certainly not alone. Guess I have acquired a taste. Just had some and if it's fresh I love that sweetness. And I don't eat legume sprouts...I stick with alfalfa and clover
