"Easily digested" does not mean "easily assimilated." Easily digested simply means that the food is broken into component parts and readied to enter the bloodstream. High fat is high fat, and too much fat is too much fat, no matter what type of fat, or what source of fat. Sure, some are better than others, but too much remains too much. If you wish to make a meal of avocado, enjoy it. There will be consequences. I prefer to remain on a low-fat raw vegan diet, meaning that if and when I use avocado, I do so in moderate quantities.
